Investment in the Project of the

Eco-Hotel La Basilica

The Finca La Basílica project includes the transformation of a livestock facility into an Eco-hotel located in the heart of a 330 hectares Dehesa.

The results is more than 2,000m2 dedicated to 12 rooms, 3 suits, 20 starlight cabins and 15 4X4 overland spaces.

The main building will have a restaurant-cafeteria, swimming pool and solarium, working area and meeting room.

Business Phases

Pre-Sales

Duration: The first 6 months.

Activities: Making commitments to sell the shares of the company that owns the hotel.

​Sales

Duration: Second semester.

 

Activities: Completion of sales of the shares of the company that owns the hotel.

Project and Construction

Duration: 12 months following.

Activities: Development of the remodeling and construction works of the hotel.

​Inauguration and Opening

Duration: Total of 24 months.

Activities: Start-up and opening of the hotel.

Guarantee and Investment

​The company and the shareholders will be owners of both the hotel and the hotel operation negotiation.

The minimum investment of €20,000 corresponds to 4 shares of the company that owns the hotel. Three categories are offered depending on the amount to invest:

Third year: Subject to hotel profitability.

 
In Spain, the minimum profitability in the agrotourism sector is estimated between 8% and 10% of investment. (*)

 
(*) Estimated at one hundred overnight stays per year.

​Additional Benefits

​The first 20 investors will receive an annual return of 10% for the first 2 years.

 
From the fifth year onwards, the option of exiting with a minimum return of 20% is offered, through the sale to an investment fund.

​They will have free nights at the Eco-Hotel every year, in a double room, breakfast included, depending on their investment category.​

  • PLATINUM: 1 week per year.​

  • VIP: 2 weeks per year.

  • PREMIUM: 3 weeks per year.​​​​

What is an Agro-Smart Eco-Hotel?

An eco-hotel is a type of tourist accommodation designed and operated with an ecological and sustainable approach.

 

These establishments are committed to environmental conservation and seek to minimize their environmental impact throughout all their operations.

 

This includes aspects such as the construction and design of the hotel, the management of natural resources, biodiversity conservation, energy efficiency, waste management, and the promotion of environmentally respectful practices.

All this with the aim of reducing the environmental impact, which is essential in the fight against climate change.

The objective of our hotel is to have a 100% neutral carbon footprint and to achieve this it develops the following aspects.

The design of the eco-hotel is approached from an ecological and sustainable point of view.

Both the design and the use of materials are designed to generate the least environmental impact as possible.
